We’re back and we’re looking for aPlumbing Foreman/Lead Handto help oversee and manage exciting construction projects! If you’re a skilled, experienced plumber with leadership abilities, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and oversee the work of plumbers and field employees to ensure timely, efficient project completion within budget.
  • Evaluate customer requests and job sites, offering solutions that align with client needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Review blueprints, building codes, and project specifications to ensure proper work procedures and quality.
  • Coordinate and schedule work crews, ensuring work stays on track and meets deadlines.
  • Inspect plumbing systems to ensure they’re operating efficiently and safely.
  • Supervise the installation of plumbing fixtures, when necessary.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and other teams to ensure smooth coordination and efficient workflow.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate team members to promote high-quality work and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, offering solutions to keep projects moving forward.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a licensed plumberwith a solid track record of quality work.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and ensure others do the same.
  • A team player who collaborates well with others.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal background check.
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to project changes.
