Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a Plumber to join our team in Canada. You will provide general residential plumbing services, diagnose issues on-site, and perform installations and repairs in residential buildings.

The role emphasizes professionalism, safety, and delivering value on every call. Candidates should have a 306A Apprentice License/Certified Plumber, 5+ years of plumbing experience, a clean driver’s abstract, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed plumber (306A Apprentice License/Certified Plumber – mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Physically capable of performing all duties.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general residential plumbing services to customers.
• Represent Reliance professionally and courteously on every call.
• Diagnose on-site, estimate repair costs, and execute solutions right first time.
• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential buildings.
• Set priorities and manage assignments to meet deadlines.
• Perform diagnostics, repair, maintenance, service and installation per manufacturer specs.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulatory requirements.
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Explain value of Reliance products and services on each call.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.

What will you do?

• Provide general residential plumbing services to customers.
• Represent Reliance in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call.
• On-site problem diagnosis, accurately estimate repair costs, fixed right the first time and continual value-added communication with the homeowner
• Install, maintain and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures and other equipment used to distribute, supply or dispose of water or wastewater, including fixtures systems and appliances in residential buildings
• Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines
• Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance
• Explain the value of Reliance products, services and programs on every call
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.

What do you bring?

• 306A Apprentice License/Certified Plumber – Mandatory
• 5+ years’ experience in the Plumbing field
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
