Job summary

Xe.com in Canada seeks a Technical Solutions Manager to lead ERP and API integrations from discovery to go-live. You will scope requirements with clients, deliver product demos, and own project timelines across sales, product, compliance, and engineering teams.

You will guide prospects and partners on the best Xe Platform solutions, document feedback for the roadmap, and ensure successful onboarding. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, integration management, or technical project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools with attention to detail for tracking initiatives and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations and APIs is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

The Role.

As Technical Solutions Manager, you are responsible for planning, organizing, and managing technical ERP and API integrations, from sales pitches to launch. This includes scoping integration requirements with prospective clients, conducting product demos and testing, and owning timelines and workstreams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Your Mission.

Become the trusted technical advisor to prospects, clients and partners for Xes Platform solutions.

  • Develop a deep understanding of integrated solutions to guide prospects and partners to the solution that best fits their business and technology needs.
  • Deliver demos that highlight key features and benefits, customizing the demo and delivery to speak to the specific prospect needs.
  • Document and analyze feedback, pain points and new feature requests for the Product team to inform and drive the roadmap for continuous product improvement.
  • Own the end-to-end technical onboarding of new clients through to go-live.
  • Manage timelines, project risks, and issues.
  • Develop detailed integration plans and schedules.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients, prospects and partners.
  • Identify and manage integration dependencies and critical path activities.
  • Assist in communicating technical documentation and resources to clients during onboarding.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance, and engineering teams.
  • Facilitate team and cross-functionally meetings to manage priorities and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Stay up to date on embedded finance and international payments market trends, including competitor solutions.
What You’ll Bring
  • You have experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, integration management, or technical project management, preferably in embedded finance, fintech or payments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with keen attention to detail for tracking initiatives, projects, and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Sage) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to various parties, including non-technical members of the organization and client counterparts.
  • Knowledgeable in integrations between different systems and platforms using various APIs and technologies.
  • Collaborative work style with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; a unifying approach across internal teams; and comfort partnering with the product team on custom flows (e.g., experience with Figma or similar) to design solutions that meet custom requirements.
  • You're a self-starter who aims for continuous improvement with high ownership, resilience and a team-first approach.
  • You're a champion for the prospect, client or partner internally and develop strong relationships with key internal colleagues to ensure a proactive approach to external counterpart needs.
  • You're experienced in explaining how to use and consume APIs; RESTful architecture is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Xe offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 CAD. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
