Job summary

FNZ Group is seeking a Solution Consultant in Vancouver to lead and deliver platform configuration for FNZ’s Model Wealth Solution (MWS) across client implementations. You will capture customer outcomes, define requirements, and partner with delivery teams to ensure precise, high-value outcomes for wealth and asset management clients in the Canadian market.

The role requires deep knowledge of FNZ Platform functionality, strong analytical skills, and experience in consulting environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a delivery/consulting environment in the financial services/wealth market.
• Experience in a business analysis / consulting role.
• Ability to evidence continuous improvement and capability development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Be an SME in FNZ Platform functionality and provide training and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for aligned FNZ client projects, building capability and mentoring junior members.
• Define propositions and product requirements with customers; provide market expertise as required.
• Advise on the Platform Target Operating Model interfaces between platform, customers, and FNZ operations.
• Run the Model Wealth Solution configuration for new platform implementations and document configuration points.
• Document bespoke customer requirements and ensure delivery as the solution owner.
• Provide quality assurance of solution documentation and conduct training programs.
