Job summary

Menlo Security Inc. is seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate core infrastructure on a cloud-native platform, spanning GCP and AWS across multiple regions.

You will work on Terraform-based IaC, multi-region deployments, and security-first design with observability and AI-assisted tooling. You will join a globally distributed team, participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, and help reduce toil through automation, while collaborating with Security, Compliance, and Product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming/scripting in Python, Bash, and Go; solid Kubernetes expertise.
• Terraform for IaC and Google Cloud Platform experience (GKE, VPC, DNS).
• Experience with CI/CD, observability and AI-assisted tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain VM and Kubernetes infrastructure on GCP and AWS across regions.
• Build IaC using Terraform modules and Spacelift for networking, compute, storage, and security.
• Design dashboards and alerting with observability tools like Grafana/Prometheus.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Security on capacity planning and DR.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and drive post-incident reviews.
