Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a DevOps/SRE/Platform engineer to join our globally distributed team. You will manage Kubernetes clusters (self-hosted or cloud-based), implement cloud infrastructure, and maintain Linux servers and web/app services to ensure reliable game commerce platforms.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, IaC tooling, and CI/CD, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a DevOps/SRE/Platform engineer.
• Extensive experience with Linux.
• Extensive experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience with self-hosted Kubernetes clusters administration.
• GCP or AWS cloud experience.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
• Experience with Python or Bash scripting.
• Experience with observability tools.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kubernetes clusters (self-hosted or cloud-based).
• Implement and maintenance infrastructure in the cloud.
• Managing Linux servers, web servers and application servers.
• Configuration management (puppet, ansible).
• Manage Infrastructure as code (terraform/terragrunt).
• Troubleshooting.
