Job Overview
In this role, you will develop and enhance a cloud-native platform that unifies internal services through resilient, well-tested code and infrastructure-as-code. You will lead automated CI/CD pipelines to deliver secure, high-quality releases, and utilize comprehensive observability to maintain performance, reliability, and scalability.
What You Will Do
- Engineer automation, monitoring, and system mitigation strategies.
- Design and implement automated code deployment systems, including scaling infrastructure via automation.
- Manage configuration duties effectively.
- Work with OOP, containers, clusters, EKS, K8s, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs, maintain an error budget, and ensure high availability (at least three 9s).
- Participate in review and design sessions, providing recommendations and feedback.
- Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with containers.
- Monitor usage trends, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate on cloud spend management.
- Conduct operational architectural reviews, design, and implementation.
- Resolve complex issues crossing DevOps, databases, networking, code, infrastructure, and personnel.
- Align operational priorities with product and engineering roadmaps through close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present engineering documentation to key stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field, or related experience.
- AWS or Azure Solutions Architect Associate certification preferred.
- Experience with SaaS lifecycle and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong skills in listening, teamwork, analysis, reasoning, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Linux, monitoring tools (APM), IAM, TCP/IP, OSI model.
- Experience with tools like New Relic, Coralogix, Datadog.
- Proficiency in AWS and Azure.
- Experience merging/applying PRs with Ansible and Terraform.
- Understanding of release cycles and SDLC.
- Ability to create and manage Jenkins builds.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure and architecture.
- Intermediate to advanced Linux skills, basic IAM, Unix essentials.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
