In this role, you will develop and evolve a cloud-native platform that unifies internal services through resilient, well-tested code and infrastructure-as-code. You will drive automated CI/CD pipelines to ship secure, high-quality releases, and leverage comprehensive observability to safeguard performance, reliability, and scalability.


What You Will Do
  • Engineering automation, monitoring, reactive and proactive system mitigation
  • Design and build automated code deployment systems that simplify development work which include Scale infrastructure via automation
  • Perform all configuration management duties
  • OOP, creating containers, managing clusters, EKS, K8s, Kubernetes, Docker
  • Meet and beat Key Performance Indicators, SLAs, maintain an error budget and adhere to it
  • Ensure the platform holds a high degree of reliability, at least three 9s of availability
  • Provide recommendations and feedback in review and design sessions
  • Design, maintain, and continually refine automated CI/CD pipelines with containers
  • Monitor usage trends, surface optimization opportunities, and collaborate with product teams to forecast demand and right-size cloud spend.
  • Perform operational architectural overviews, design and implementation
  • Own and resolve technically intricate issues that cross between DevOps, databases, networking, code, infrastructure and people; drive them to satisfactory completion.
  • Work closely with product different stakeholders to align Operational priorities and planning with the product and engineering roadmap
  • Prepare and present engineering-related documents to key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field or related experience preferred
  • AWS or Azure Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification preferred
  • Experience with full lifecycle of SaaS implementations as well as Infrastructure as code.
  • Listening, teamwork, analysis, reasoning and problem solving, time management, attention to details.
  • Ability to write SQL queries, advanced Linux skills, diagnostic experience with monitoring applications (APM), APM configuration, basic IAM management, TCP/IP and OSI proficiency
  • Experience with tools such as New Relic, Coralogix, and Datadog
  • Proficiency in both AWS and Azure
  • Ability to merge and apply PRs (Ansible and Terraform)
  • Deep understanding of release cycles and SDLC
  • Ability to create and complete Jenkins builds
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure and architecture
  • Intermediate to advanced Linux skills
  • Basic identity management via IAM
  • Unix essentials
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
