Job summary

Woodbine Entertainment in Ontario, Toronto area, is seeking a Platform Engineer, Dynamics (F&O) to maintain the D365/FO platform, craft new customizations, fix bugs, and coordinate with integration partners.

You will analyze business processes, plan SDLC phases, document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 5+ years in D365 and Microsoft Dynamics certifications are expected; strong C#, .NET, AX/X++ experience preferred.

• 5+ years of experience within D365 and certifications in professional Microsoft Dynamics or other relevant technologies.
• X++, AX, Entity Framework, C#, .NET, SQL Server, Web Services, XML.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Understand limitations and functional capabilities of out of the box functionality as well as custom code.
• Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code.
• Plan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
• Liaise with other technical teams to resolve problems with software products or company software systems.
• Manage and/or provide guidance to junior software developers and research assistants.

This range is not a guarantee of compensation.
