Job summary

MaintainX is looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join the Platform Engineering division. The team focuses on building an internal developer platform to optimize operations for over 150 developers.

You will design, build, and maintain backend foundations while improving engineering standards and workflows. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of distributed systems experience, proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, and a product mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of distributed systems experience.
• Expert in Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in designing, maintaining, and evolving GraphQL APIs at scale.
• Strong AI mindset and product mindset.

Responsibilities
