Job summary

PeoplePilot is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to design, automate, and support enterprise-scale platform infrastructure with a strong emphasis on DevOps and SRE. You will ensure high availability, scalability, and performance for mission-critical applications across cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on Dynatrace expertise, dashboards, synthetic monitoring, and proactive incident management, with opportunities to lead observability initiatives and improve reliability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable platform infrastructure.

• Define SLIs, SLOs and error budgets for services.
• Lead enterprise monitoring and incident response initiatives.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace across SaaS and managed environments.
• Create dashboards, alerts, and reporting in Dynatrace.
• Implement synthetic and proactive monitoring across stacks.
• Configure anomaly detection and root cause analysis.
• Automate operations to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Support production systems and participate in on-call rotations.

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with strong DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) expertise to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, automate, and support enterprise-scale platform infrastructure while ensuring high availability, scalability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable platform infrastructure.
• Implement Platform Engineering and SRE best practices.
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
• Lead implementation of enterprise observability and monitoring solutions.
• Deploy and administer Dynatrace OneAgent in SaaS and Managed environments.
• Create and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, management zones, and reporting.
• Implement synthetic monitoring and proactive monitoring across infrastructure, applications, middleware, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
• Configure anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and incident management.
• Automate operational processes to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Support production environments and participate in on-call rotations when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Hands‑on expertise with Dynatrace OneAgent, Dynatrace SaaS, and Dynatrace Managed.
• Experience building Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and management zones.
• Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, automation, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure, application, database, middleware, and API monitoring.
• Knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
