Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in data strategy, systems analysis, or economy design, preferably in gaming or tech.
• You know your way around large datasets and love finding the signal in the noise.
• You’re not just analytical, you’re a storyteller with numbers.
• Self-motivated, detail-obsessed, and comfortable moving fast.
• Bonus: You genuinely love games and get how systems affect player behavior.
