Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or similar field.
• 5+ years in data strategy, systems analysis, or economy design, preferably in gaming or tech.
• You know how to find signal in the noise and tell stories with numbers.
• Self-motivated, detail-obsessed, and able to move fast.

Responsibilities

• Analyze player behavior, in-game economies, and KPIs to surface insights.
• Build models to predict how gameplay changes impact retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Configure internal systems for player segmentation, campaigns, and feature rollouts.

What You Bring

• Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a similar field
