Job summary

Merlin Plastics Group is seeking a dedicated laborer to prepare and sort materials for recycling at our New Westminster facility. You will sort by type, size, and color on the conveyor line, maintain cleanliness, and follow all SOPs while wearing required PPE.

You will report for scheduled shifts, handle contamination removal, and assist with general production duties. This full-time role offers group benefits after probation, parking, and a dynamic work environment in a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow SOPs for operating and maintaining equipment.
• Ability to sort materials by type, size, and color.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and follow assigned shift schedules.
• Sort incoming materials by type, size, and color.
• Remove contamination from the sorting line and pull it offline.
• Maintain a clean conveyor and surrounding areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
