Job summary

Trigrand Restoration in Ontario is seeking an experienced plasterer to apply and finish plaster, prepare surfaces, and cure new work. You will complete decorative finishes as required and ensure durable, high‑quality results.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of plastering experience, be comfortable working at heights on scaffolding, and adhere to safety standards at a single site in Ontario.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years to less than 3 years of plastering experience.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and use hand and power tools properly.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster
• Clean and prepare surfaces
• Cure freshly plastered surfaces
• Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
• Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
• Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim
• Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
• Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
• Install corner beads and wire mesh around beams to which plaster is to be applied
• Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
