Job summary

Qualifications

• On-site in Belleville, Ontario.
• Bachelor's/Master's/MBA in engineering or technical field preferred; acceptable from any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production processes, including centerline management and stability improvements.
• Coordinate and support large teams to meet manufacturing targets.
• Implement equipment upgrades and product innovations as startup leader.
• Act as technical manager for manufacturing equipment, processes and projects.
• Lead quality investigations, CAPAs and sustainable solutions for the department.
• Lead loss elimination initiatives to reduce scrap, line Losses and improve efficiency.
