Overview:
Reporting to the Kingston/Belleville Plant Manager, this role manages the plant operations at Modular 4. This role is responsible to ensure top performance on safety, environmental, and production. The responsibilities also include the hiring, development, leadership, and management of all plant employees. The Superintendent will ensure alignment with all functional groups including: safety, environment, land, manufacturing and supply chain to drive a consistent process and standard approach.
