Job summary

Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Grande Prairie office is actively hiring a Plant Foreman to lead facility operations and maintenance, ensuring safe, compliant and reliable performance. Reporting to the District Manager, you will guide frontline teams, manage staffing and drive process improvements with a strong safety focus.

The role follows a Monday–Friday eight-hour schedule and requires a valid driver’s license, leadership experience in oil and gas, and compliance with Pembina’s safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of oil and gas industry experience.
• Experience in operations and frontline leadership.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership for Operations and Maintenance teams, including staffing, scheduling, overtime, time administration and coaching.
• Lead annual operational, regulatory, and corporate compliance plans and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure work adheres to safety procedures, permits, and regulatory requirements with accurate records.
• Manage hazard assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee Management of Change (MOC) activities for facility and process changes.
• Collaborate with peers, engineering and stakeholders to support site upgrades and process improvements.
• Contribute to budgeting, purchasing controls and cost management within area of responsibility.
• Model safety culture and drive diversity, inclusion and learning agility.
