Job summary

Ice River Sustainable Solutions is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for our Shelburne, Ontario facility. This leadership role oversees Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Safety to deliver reliability, safety, and performance across the site.

The ideal candidate has a background in Maintenance/Engineering leadership, with a track record in high‑speed bottling or automated manufacturing, and demonstrates financial acumen to manage budgets and KPIs.

Qualifications

Progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical background through Maintenance Management, Engineering Management, Reliability Leadership, or a similar technical leadership role.
Demonstrated progression into broader operational leadership with responsibility for multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day plant operations across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Safety.
Drive operational performance through safety, quality, productivity, cost, and customer service excellence.
Provide technical leadership to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime.
Balance operational priorities to support overall plant success.
Manage operating budgets, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
