Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience within a food manufacturing facility.
• Proven background managing teams, health and safety, and labour standards.
• 3+ years post-secondary education in Quality Systems, Materials Management, or related disciplines.
• Valid sanitation training certificate and onsite experience within the last 5 years.
• Valid pest control certification within the last 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and GFSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily manufacturing operations, production planning, and staff scheduling to satisfy client requirements.
• Provide clear leadership, mentorship, and daily direction to line supervisors, lead hands, and operators.
• Enforce rigorous compliance with HACCP plans, GFSI standards, and occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Oversee facility Sanitation Programs, equipment maintenance, and pest control operational standards.
• Monitor material usage, track productivity metrics, and implement strategies to minimize overall facility waste.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams and senior executives to resolve operational or safety issues promptly.
