A leading industrial gas and chemicals company is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee plant operations, ensure safety compliance, and manage financial performance. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of supervisory experience and a Bachelor's degree, with strong leadership and organizational skills. This role involves a commitment to safety and a willingness to travel up to 50%.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The main object and purpose of this position is to manage staff with respect to equipment preventative, corrective and facility maintenance. Keeping a focus on uptime and EIS management, all while promoting ALC’s quality and safety objectives.
Overall responsibility and management of the facility. The role will report to the Northeast Region Operations Manager. Core duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
