What You Bring to the Table :

  • A minimum of five years of leadership experience in manufacturing, plant management, or operations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
  • A strong understanding of plant safety, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
