Job Responsibilities

1. Integrate, install, test, and support automated coding and printing systems (remote and on-site).
2. Install, set up, and troubleshoot automated grade marking, coding, and printing systems.
3. Participate in testing according to customer project specifications using various tools and instruments.
4. Perform project quality control and troubleshoot issues.
5. Provide customer training post-installation.
6. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, mechanical, and application issues on industrial machine lines.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree, Technologist, Trades certification, or College equivalent.
• Ability to travel 25-30% within the US, Quebec, and Ontario.
• At least 5 years of automation experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Knowledge of industrial networking, PLC programming (Allen Bradley), electrical assembly, pneumatics, and electrical schematics.
• Experience with inkjet coding and lumber grade marking systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills, both in-field and over the phone.
