Job summary

ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules (ZFFCN) in Windsor, Ontario seeks a detail-oriented Plant Accountant to support financial operations at our manufacturing facility. You will maintain accurate records, analyze performance, and deliver timely reporting to support budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires a 3–5 year accounting background in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with SAP/QAD is preferred; hybrid collaboration and continuous improvement mindset are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Office suite. SAP/QAD experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries reflecting financial results.
• Monitor accounts and month-end close for accuracy.
• Analyze financial data, identify variances, and take corrective actions.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and monthly outlook updates.
• Provide management reporting and insights on plant performance.
• Support internal/external audits and ensure internal controls.
• Investigate customer payment variances and resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
