Reporting to the Division's General Manager, this role will gain exposure to the full cycle of accounting and all matters impacting the financial team on site.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and processing of various month-end duties, including journal entries, financial statement package, related mandatory reporting, and general ledger reconciliations.
2. Involvement as a key member of the management team on site.
3. Coordination and compilation of the annual business plan.
4. Assisting mill management in department cost control, cost/benefit analysis, and providing financial information and recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. A professional accounting designation (CPA) or enrollment in the CPA program.
2. A strong computer systems skill set.
3. Well-established organizational and multi-tasking skills.
4. Good verbal and written communication abilities.
5. A detailed and proactive approach to work.
6. A high level of motivation.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary with an annual bonus opportunity. The typical salary range is $68,000 to $81,000, depending on location, education, and experience.
