In this role as a Planning Analyst, you will work closely with the Planning and Sales teams to support retail and wholesale channels. Your responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales and inventory data to drive business decisions, through reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting inventory health, sales opportunities, and seasonal strategies.

Some of What You’ll Do:

  • Pull, consolidate, and update weekly sales, inventory, and order data for retail and wholesale channels.
  • Maintain and update planning tools, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Monitor product performance, sell-through, and promotional activity; flag risks and opportunities.
  • Support in-season forecasting and adjust plans as needed.
  • Assist in building Open-to-Buy (OTB) reports; identify variances, opportunities, and risks.
  • Contribute to seasonal planning and analysis for future strategies.
  • Track account-level profitability and performance for wholesale partners.
  • Coordinate product information and ensure data accuracy.
  • Build presentations with charts and summaries for internal use.
  • Partner with Buying, Allocation, Sales, and Finance teams for cross-functional support.
  • Assist with markdowns and inventory tracking; propose actions to maintain stock health.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support decisions and emerging trends.
  • Use logical problem-solving to find effective solutions.

Some of What You'll Need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Planning, Allocation, Buying, or related retail/wholesale functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; BI tools experience is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive, resourceful, eager to learn, and solution-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Fashion Merchandising, Mathematics, Finance, or relevant experience.
