Job summary

Bombardier in Montreal is seeking a Planner, Industrial Maintenance to coordinate and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across the plant. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and external contractors to ensure on-time, safe, and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience, a college diploma in a related field, strong Excel and Maximo CMMS knowledge, and fluent French.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work.
• Coordinate work with external contractors.
• Prepare work for summer and winter plant shutdowns.
• Monitor backlog of planned work.
• Compile performance indicators and prepare reports.
• Maintain maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate planning meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate machine shutdowns with the appropriate departments.
• Represent the maintenance department in related meetings.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Planning and organizing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work;

• Good knowledge of written and spoken French;
• College diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, logistics, planning, or a related field;
• 5–8 years of experience in a maintenance environment;
• Strong Excel skills and general computer proficiency;
• Asset: Knowledge of Maximo (CMMS);
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and take initiative to improve processes.
