Job summary

Surerus Murphy Joint Venture in Spruce Grove, AB is seeking fabrication fitters for their Alberta shop. You will read piping isometrics, prepare, fit and tack spools for production welding while upholding safety and quality in a busy shop environment.

The role requires journeyperson pipefitter certification, 2+ years bench fitting experience, spool fabrication shop exposure, and solid blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• Various safety tickets/certificates as required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Knowledge of industrial construction and pipe materials/grades.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
