Job summary

Ledcor Pipeline in Alberta is seeking experienced Pipefitters for ongoing maintenance on the Fort Hills project. This role offers a 14 days on, 14 days off schedule with 12-hour shifts, and a strong safety culture.

Camp accommodations are provided, charter flights from Edmonton and Calgary, and an extended health and wellness benefits package. Work will be outdoors across varying weather, requiring commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a Registered Apprentice or Journeyperson Pipefitter certification.
• Experience on industrial construction or pipeline projects.
• Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair tailings pipelines, valves, and associated infrastructure.
• Perform bolt up, rigging, and hydro testing.
• Execute rigging operations including lifting, hoisting, and positioning pipe sections.
• Assemble and install piping sections according to blueprints and job specifications.
• Work closely with a skilled team of pipefitters and welders in a safety-first environment.
• Perform physically demanding tasks.
• Use testing equipment to check for system leaks and troubleshoot fitting errors.
• Work safely around heavy equipment in an active mine.

Requirements:
