Job summary

A healthcare provider in Ontario is seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to work with residents in a Long Term Care setting. Responsibilities include assisting with exercises, documenting progress, and monitoring health status. Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a Long Term Care or Retirement home.
• Current police check for the Vulnerable Sector is required.
• Valid 2 STEP TB Test and/or Chest X-ray is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with conducting group exercises for residents.
• Document treatments and residents' progress after each therapy session.
• Monitor changes to a resident’s health status and report accordingly.
