Lifemark Health Group is seeking a compassionate physiotherapist to join Altima Physiotherapy in Milton. This permanent full-time role runs Tuesday through Saturday, within a national Lifemark network that emphasizes collaboration and growth.

You will deliver evidence-informed, patient-centered care, mentor teammates, and stay current with best practices, using e-charting and digital communication to enhance outcomes. Lifemark offers development opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve outcomes.
• Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership as assigned.
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
