Lifemark Health Group seeks a physiotherapist to join a Northwestern Calgary clinic. You will deliver outpatient care, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role supports professional growth through mentorship and leadership opportunities within Lifemark’s national network. You will stay current with best practices, participate in continuous learning, and use e-charting and digital tools to simplify workflows while educating

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
• 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve outcomes.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to clinic leadership as assigned.
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing learning and development.
• Utilize electronic charting and digital tools to streamline workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize impact.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management.
