Polson Place (POL), located in Vernon, B.C., embodies a resident-centered philosophy designed to support individuals' choices, help people function at their highest level, and provide the best quality of life possible. This facility has 97 long-term care beds and five tertiary specialized care beds for geriatric patients.

Joining us at Polson Place, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription, and education to residents and/or their caregivers. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you will make a significant contribution to promoting functional independence and enabling residents to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes.
