Joining us at Polson Place, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription, and education to residents and/or their caregivers. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you will make a significant contribution to promoting functional independence and enabling residents to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes.
Embrace flexibility with casual day shift positions, offering a range from zero to 37.5 hours per week.
