Lifemark Health Group is seeking a passionate physiotherapist to join our Dartmouth clinic on a permanent full-time basis. Located at 240 Baker Dr, this position runs Monday through Friday, offering a collaborative, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation in Canadian communities.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will develop personalized care plans, mentor teammates, stay current with best practices, and use digital tools like e-charting to streamline care.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• Outpatient clinic experience 1–2+ years preferred; new grads with provisional licenses invited.
• Collaborative, patient-first mindset.
• Willingness to mentor and participate in clinic events.
• Ability to thrive in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans for rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in clinic leadership as assigned.
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing learning and professional development.
• Utilize e-charting and digital communication to streamline workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management.
