The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality patient care while managing clinical and financial performance. This role requires a Graduate in Physiotherapy, a minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience, and a registration in good standing within Nova Scotia. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3‑5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
• Manage financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
• Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
• Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
• Engage in continuous learning, mentorship and skill development.
• Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic.
• Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
• Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia
• 3–5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic
