Job summary

Prairie Mountain Health in Rivers, Manitoba is seeking Physiotherapists to lead client care across community, facility and home care settings. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate physiotherapy services in accordance with professional standards and ethics.

The role requires Manitoba licensure, CPA membership, BLS and a class 5 driver's license. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication are essential. Relocation/relief incentives may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited or approved university Physiotherapy program.
• Eligible for licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist in the province of Manitoba
• Eligible for and maintains membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association
• Province of Manitoba Class 5 Drivers License and access to a personal vehicle to provide service within Prairie Mountain Health
• Current Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification within the past 12 months as per Prairie Mountain Health Policy CPR Training
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the care of clients, participating in assessment, planning, development, organization, implementation and evaluation of physiotherapy care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, clients, families and external agencies regarding care needs in community, facility and home care settings
