Job summary

Prairie Mountain Health in Neepawa, MB is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide leadership in care planning, assessment, development, organization and evaluation of OT services. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team across community, acute care, personal care home and home care settings.

Qualifications include Manitoba OT licensure, COTA membership, current BLS, and a valid Manitoba Class 5 driver license with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Eligible for licensure to practice as an OT in Manitoba.
• Eligible for and maintains membership with the Canadian Occupational Therapy Association.
• Current BLS certification within the past 12 months as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment, planning, development, organization, implementation and evaluation of OT care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, clients, families and external agencies across community, facility and home care settings.
• Provide leadership and ensure standards of practice and ethics are followed.
