Job summary

CBI Health is seeking a Physiotherapist to lead the Cornwall clinic as Manager of Clinic Services. You will coach clinical and non-clinical staff, maintain a busy physiotherapy caseload, and build partnerships with local physicians and funders.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and scaling clinical programs in a community-focused clinic. You will report to the Area Manager and help shape service delivery, staff development, and operational excellence across the clinic

Qualifications

• A Physiotherapy degree required.
• Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists required.
• Experience in a private clinic/rehab setting.
• Results-oriented, adaptable and well organized, able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to provide employee development and coaching.
• Enthusiasm for advancing clinical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster and support clinic team with engagement in the community of local physicians and funders; develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide input into clinic business decisions and service delivery models.
• Coach, mentor, develop and performance manage team members through the PPD process.
• Onboard clinical and non-clinical staff to build a high-performing team focused on client experience.
• Provide access to care through clinical services or contribute to client experience and business initiatives.
• Set clinic goals aligned with strategic priorities and implement service delivery models.
• Monitor client care and outcomes and ensure compliant data collection.
• Lead administrative scheduling to drive timely access to services.
• Deliver on service excellence by maintaining standards and providing necessary tools and training.
• Organize resources to solve problems and make tough decisions, both independently and in a team.
• Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve function and well-being.
• Manage and prioritize clinical caseloads and coordinate therapeutic services.
• Contribute to collaborative care models for holistic client care.
• Promote positive relationships among clients, team members, funders, and the community.
