Job summary

CBI Health Group in Cornwall, ON is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our interdisciplinary clinic. You will work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, advancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being.

You’ll manage a clinical caseload, participate in regular training, and collaborate with a national network of experts. Our compensation includes a competitive wage range, benefits, and flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized School of Physiotherapy.
• Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Passion about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being.
• Be responsible for managing and prioritizing clinical caseloads, and for the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services.
• Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients.
• Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community.
• Attend monthly clinical training and engage in regular social activities with the team.
• Contribute to a supportive, evidence-based rehabilitation environment.

• Monthly clinical trainingon topics chosen by our team. The training is facilitated by our Learning and Development team and /or external specialists. Examples of training topics offered this year: Long COVID, traumatic brain injury
