Are you a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact? We seek a passionate professional to coordinate our Premiere Healthcare Program, manage relationships with clinic vendors nationwide, and support claims through education, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
This role is hybrid, offering flexibility and the benefits of in-person and remote work.
What You’ll Do
- Manage healthcare vendors and develop relationships with community healthcare providers to promote the Aviva brand.
- Support customer recovery by ensuring evidence-based care from community providers.
- Plan and implement Healthcare Claims initiatives, aligning with clinical best practices.
- Provide clinical leadership in customer-focused strategies, training, and organizational change.
- Strengthen relationships with Premiere clinics and ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop and execute monthly vendor clinic dashboards and scorecards.
- Utilize systems like HCAI BISS and Claims Center to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning and healthcare-related decisions.
- Foster a learning and development culture to enhance employee retention and skills.
- Participate in Claims management meetings and support strategy development, including anti-fraud initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- University Degree and registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- 5-7 years of diverse clinical practice experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of SABS, relevant legislation, and industry regulations.
- Understanding of disability management and evidence-based rehabilitation.
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects and managing change.
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into operational processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships.
- Critical thinking and adaptability to cultural changes.
