NewDirection Care is the world’s first residential aged and disability care MicroTown community, based in Bellmere, 45 mins North of Brisbane CBD. It is pioneering a new model of health service delivery.

This is NOT traditional aged care.

NDC does not offer sponsored employment.

Our community consists of:

• 17 independent domestic-style houses, with 7 residents per house,
• a fully functioning community precinct that includes a cinema, wellness centre, music room, café, and more.

• Full registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• Solid clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat clients
• Experience in aged care (desirable)
• Experience in complex care (desirable)
