A leading company is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to manage their Premiere Healthcare Program. This hybrid role involves overseeing healthcare vendors, supporting claims management, and providing clinical guidance. Are you a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a passionate professional to coordinate and manage our Premiere Healthcare Program and its processes, along with the relationship and performance management of Premiere clinic vendors nationwide. You will guide a clinical team that provides medical knowledge and expertise to support the claims department through education, coaching, and other knowledge transfer strategies.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and oversee healthcare vendors, contributing to maintaining relationships with Healthcare Premiere clinics and developing connections with community healthcare providers to raise awareness of the Aviva brand.
Support our customers’ recovery by ensuring evidence-based care is provided by community providers.
Support planning and manage the implementation of Healthcare Claims initiatives, ensuring the delivery of HCS requirements in the context of clinical best practices, without disrupting operations.
From a clinical and medical perspective, provide leadership and guidance in customer-focused strategies, training/development strategies, and practice/organizational change to optimize performance in response to regulatory changes.
Strengthen strategic relationships with Premiere clinics while ensuring strategic alignment with HCS strategic initiatives.
Lead the development and implementation of the monthly vendor clinic dashboard process for the healthcare strategy, including enhancing scorecards, tracking process, etc.
Leverage HCAI BISS, Claims Center, and other systems and technology to enhance efficiency, productivity, indemnity management, and service delivery.
Provide input to the Sr. Manager and senior management team in support of future strategic direction and change from a healthcare perspective.
Build a learning and development culture and practices to support employee retention and technical competence.
Participate in Claims management meetings and provide input in the development of strategies and protocols to improve the company’s claims handling, including integration with Anti-Fraud and CIU teams.
What You’ll Bring:
University Degree
Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Minimum 5-7 years’ clinical practice experience in various settings (community clinic, hospital or other government institutions)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role
In-depth knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) and strong understanding of relevant legislation and industry regulations
Solid understanding of disability management and evidence-based rehabilitation best practices and protocols to develop strategies and approaches that result in improved claims management
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement multi-stakeholder projects
Proven experience in change management, leading complex operational changes and ensuring staff engagement throughout the change process
Openness to the ideas and expertise of others actively solicits input and shares ideas
Exceptional training, coaching, influencing and persuasion skills for a variety of audiences (staff and management)
Excellent leadership and people management skills to motivate, develop, and manage performance for results
Strong clinical and medical competence combined with customer service, negotiation and decision making skills
Business management ability with experience translating strategy into sound technical and business processes
Ability to drive results through collaborative, outcomes-focused relationships with multiple internal and external partners
Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills are required so as to understand, synthesize, interpret and convey, in a simplified manner, complex data and information to audiences with varying levels of expertise
Can lead, adapt to and support significant cultural change
Applies critical thinking
