Job summary

Bergin Motion Physiotherapy & Rehab in Barrie, Ontario is hiring a full-time Physiotherapist to join a collaborative, family-owned clinic that values true one-on-one care, time to treat, and supportive mentorship.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, provide hands-on treatment, and document outcomes while building lasting relationships with clients and working with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

Responsibilities

• True one-on-one care: No double-booking or managing multiple clients at once
• Time to treat properly: 60-minute initial assessments and follow-up appointments of at least 30 minutes

The opportunity:

You’ll provide individualized, evidence-informed physiotherapy assessment and treatment in a modern clinic with private treatment rooms and functional rehabilitation space.

Your work will include:

• Completing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
• Developing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Providing hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, education, and ongoing reassessment
• Supporting clients through recovery, performance goals, and long-term condition management
• Building strong, lasting therapeutic relationships

Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, vestibular, concussion, sports, pelvic health, or complex rehabilitation is welcome but not required.
