Job summary

Lifemark Health Group in North Vancouver, BC, is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a permanent full-time supervisor role. The position supports a flourishing physiotherapy clinic by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client care.

You will lead scheduling, billing, payroll, inventory, and staff development, while upholding privacy and high standards of service. Strong teamwork and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of previous office administration experience, preferably in a physiotherapy clinic or health care setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate scheduling, and manage administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review, understand and improve operational systems, processes and policies for the clinic.
• Oversee scheduling of administrative and clinical staff and manage waitlists.
• Administer online scheduling and billing software and ensure secure charting and data entry.
• Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and assist with day-to-day financial reconciliation.
• Lead marketing initiatives, community outreach and brand communications.
• Recruitment and onboarding for administrative staff and support for therapists.
• Maintain clinic policies, payroll preparation, and vendor relationships.
• Foster a culture of care, teamwork and continuous improvement.
