Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Transitional Care/CCC Health Service. The PA will work under a supervising physician to support medical decision making and deliver patient care within the physician‑patient relationship.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, education and collaboration with the health care team to provide high‑quality, non‑acute care for adults, predominantly seniors, in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) required.
• Undergraduate Degree in a health related field required.
• Successful completion of a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants
• Current BLS required.

• Provide health care under physician supervision and support clinical decision making.
• Deliver care to adult patients in Transitional Care/CCC setting.
