This position provides quality Physical Therapy services under supervision, serving pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across various therapy settings. Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, and services like gait and transfer therapy, orthotic/prosthetic training, and wound care.
The incumbent ensures optimal patient care through assessment, planning, and evaluation. The role involves supervising staff and providing services across different facility types, including inpatient and post-acute settings. Participation in program development and outcome measurement may be required. The position requires working at least one major and one minor holiday per year, with specific holidays defined.

Requirement | Description |
