Job summary

36Pix seeks seasonal school photographers to lead sessions, reassure students, and capture memorable moments. You’ll work under a contractual arrangement with training provided and equipment supplied.

Roles run September to November with weekday schedules and mileage reimbursement. A valid driver’s license, fluency in French, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential for this exciting on-site opportunity in Montreal and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong people skills and a friendly, easy smile.
• Punctuality; early start times (7 a.m.).
• Professionalism and responsibility because memories matter.
• Fluency in French is required; English may be used with English-speaking students/teachers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage school photography sessions across multiple schools.
• Put shy students at ease and bring out smiles; make goofy students laugh.
• Provide high-quality photographs and ensure smooth sessions with equipment.
• Coordinate with schools and scheduling across regions: Montreal, North Shore, South Shore, Lanaudière, Quebec City.

• Leading photo sessions: bringing out smiles, reassuring shy students, and making the goofy ones laugh
• Experience working with children (a bonus, but not required)
• Photography experience (nice to have, but we provide full training!)
• Comfortable using computers and photography equipment
• Experience in entertainment/animation is a plus (especially if you know how to be a little silly)

What you’ll need:
