Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a donor care associate to support blood drives within a 200-mile radius. You will greet donors, perform blood draws after paid training, and ensure donors have a comfortable, organized experience. The role emphasizes careful record-keeping and teamwork to deliver a reliable donation experience.

Work includes a 36-hour weekly schedule Fri-Sun with base pay shown, and mandatory training over 10 weeks (including Denver) to prepare you for field work and donor interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED - Required.
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record - Required.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds - Required.

Job Description

What to Expect

Schedule: Fri- Sun 6:30a - 7:15p (36 hours / week)

Base pay: $19.39 - $20.60 / Hour
Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Training Information

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required. Including 8 weeks in Denver. Training schedule is Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday 7am-5:30pm for classroom training and then field training follows the mobile
