Reporting to the Senior Manager, Mid-Level Giving, the Philanthropy Officer, Mass-Managed, will lead program management for the mid-level donor segment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless donor journey. The role involves managing a portfolio of unofficered mid-level donors, increasing donor revenue, and building strong relationships. Key responsibilities include managing donor data, engaging with donors, and working on retention and stewardship strategies. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of fundraising experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with databases like Salesforce.
