Job summary

William Osler Health System is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician for casual, permanent opportunities across Osler sites in Brampton. The role covers dispensing, distribution, compounding (sterile and non-sterile), inventory control, and other duties as assigned.

Hours include days/evenings/nights with weekends and statutory holidays. Candidates should have strong communication and computer skills, be punctual, and able to travel between Osler sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Registration with the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Technicians preferred.
• Experience with CIVA and/or chemotherapy preparation considered an asset.
• Excellent oral, interpersonal and written skills.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record.
• Experience in the manufacturing of sterile and non-sterile products preferred.
• May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites.
• Demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration.
